So after receiving the above draft site plan with our 3 options for a double welled exit; and these photos of the loft of an Elevation D Rome - we have made our final decision...
Elevation C with Stone - double welled exit off of the left side of the finished basement!

We built a Rome in Maryland and guess what--we plan to travel to Rome to celebrate our 13th Wedding Anniversary!
This is my first time seeing Elevation D on the inside! The Loft is much different. I really like Elevation C because the windows are centered on the inside and the outside of the house. Elevation A & B are not centered on the inside of the house which makes the loft look quirky!
